Do you provide international delivery?
Unfortunatley, Puma Safety only ships within Australia.
How do you ship your orders?
We ship out our orders with Australia Post E-Parcel Standard Delivery.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We pride ourselves with fast service and dispatch same day for orders received between Monday-Friday before 12nn. Any orders placed on the weekend/public holiday or weekdays after 12nn will be dispatched the following business day.
All orders are dispatched through Australia Post E-Parcel Standard Delivery.

How do I track my order?
After we have dispatched your order, you will receive an Australia Post E-Parcel tracking number.
What payment methods do you have available?
We accept secure payments through Paypal. Once you have selected your item and view your shopping cart, you will be directed for payment via Paypal. You will be given the choice to pay via a Paypal account if you have one, or alternatively you will be able to pay by credit card. Once your payment has been approved, you will be sent a confirmation by Paypal.
Do you provide a tax invoice?
Yes, we are an Australian company registered for GST.
We will send you a tax invoice with the goods.
Do all your safety footwear meet the Australian standards?
All the Puma Safety Footwear sold through Puma Safety Shoes Australia website meets and are certified to AS 2210.3:2019
How do we know that your footwear products are certified to the Australian Standards?
You will find the BSI’s Benchmark Product Certification logo marked inside the tongue of each certified product.
This indicates that the conformity of a product is based on technical documentation. An annual review of the manufacturing and quality control process is conducted to monitor the ability to consistently produce products in compliance with AS 2210.3:2019.
